Going to series color begged for something new and so a did a flash forward/flash back story. Ironically, as I post this, Erma in the story sort of matches Erma the creation in age in several ways. First, Erma was conceived about forty years ago now, and started off in her early twenties when first published, so would be about sixty years old by now. Or in the story, she is about forty years old, which also matches her 'age'.
