This would be the very famous first appearance of Stan Sakai's Usagi Yojimbo. It also had a short piece, "The Lion and the Unicorn", illustrated by Lela Dowling. The cover was also to be a very artsy experiment, originally intended to be a six-color serigraph (silkscreen) printed thing. I wanted to do any number of neat things with the various issues, not all of them worked very well. In this case, the individual color elements proved to be too difficult to keep in register and only a few came out even close to correct, so a regular printed cover was done. Those flawed print attempts were kept, but were accidently destroyed by a water leak, and I don't know if any survived at this point. (my basement is full of mystery stuff, so can't fully confirm or deny anything)
