About the "talents", are their abilities limited only to telepathy and technopathy? I remember a character in the RPGs had the ability to mess with others' thoughts, and I always wondered if they had any other sort of mind powers.

I think its more or less like the Newtypes in Gundam, except neither as flashier as their human counterparts and more practical in a sense, IMO.
