I wish I could share your enthusiasm, but my critical eye only sees the rough bits, and the scanned art helps punch up the contrast, helping bring out Rojigo, as he almost disappears into the background on the printed cover.

I have to agree with you on the cover deal, as Rojigo looks like a koala here rather than a Feline due to the shading and the angle.

True, you could have used a slightly lighter fur color for this cover. He looks absolutely fascinated by Null-G.
Albedo cover Volume 2 Number 7
I seem to be very hit or miss with my cover designs, this being one of the worst. Included in this issue is a first little bit of the Adventures of Beatrix Farmer. A silly bit that would lead into its own superhero parody comic. The art and a bit of creative tweaks by Taral Wayne. And a couple pages of sketches by my sometimes production assistant Cindy Murata.
